1. All products purchased from nashfashion.pk can be exchanged within 15 days only if:
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
2. Please write to us and email pictures of the defective item to [email protected]om or call us at +92 3327321412 within 3 days of purchase in case you want to raise a dispute. NASH FASHION will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice. Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped both domestically and internationally.
There are certain circumstances where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such situations include but are not limited to the following:
Exchange request is made after the stated time frame/limit.
Product is damaged because of use.
Product has been tampered with.
Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.
NASH FASHION does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
A “refund” may only be issued if:
The order is cancelled before NASH FASHION starts processing the shipment.
The transaction does not verify the security checks and NASH FASHION does not process the order
NASH FASHION cannot process the order for some reason. Reasons may include the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card or pay pal payment is declined.
